Good Shepherd ACTION MEETING!

February 4th 7:00 PM

The Servants of Society, a community ministry of Good Shepherd Catholic Church will meet with Orange County Public Works officials on Thursday, Feb. 4th at 7:00 p.m at the Colonial 9th Grade Center.

Neighborhood residents and county officials have identified the following issues:   missing sidewalks near Colonial 9^th Grade Center that pose a risk for students walking to and from school; the need for traffic studies to assess appropriate safety enhancements on Econolockhatchee Trail and Valencia Gardens Drive; numerous safety issues such as blocked entrances to subdivisions on Valencia College Lane due to congestion and the need for better pedestrian safety on Goldenrod Avenue.

The Good Shepherd Catholic Community is a member of FOCUS, which is a grassroots, faith-based organization made up of 14 congregations in the community working to improve the quality of life for themselves and others in Orange County.
